Anger loses control of your behavior, and you mistakenly think that with immediate anger you can control others and increase their motivation; but people’s reaction to anger cannot be predicted. By doing so, they fall as soon as they want to progress.
- Promoting flattery
We do not see our own mistreatment of others. Some managers are not open to criticism and just want people to praise their position. Maybe they think these behaviors are in their favor; but promoting flattery is never in the company’s interest. This concept just increases hypocrisy in the work place.
